RuthCOOK(nee Griffiths) Caldicot William, John, Mary and families, Cefn Carfan Uchaf Farm, wish to thank everyone who gave support, sent condolence messages, cards, flowers, and generous donations to the University Hospital of Wales, Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research Fund, and St David's Foundation Hospice Fund during this sad time. Special thanks to all who attended the funeral service, Pencoed Comprehensive School Friends, Girl Guides, Venture Scouts, Glamorgan Young Farmers, University Chums and work colleagues of Ruth's era. Also H J Weir, Bullwark, Chepstow Management and Staff for exceptional support over a long period of time, and overwhelming tribute to Ruth, who suffered with such dignity, keeping her sense of humour and love of life to the end. Thank you to UHW, Haemotology Ward and Daycare Unit Specialist and dedicated Staff for their wonderful, professional care and kindly attention, to Doctors and Staff at Portskewett Surgery, also St David's Foundation Hospice Nurses, for their care and support. We wish to thank Mr David Prosser, Celebrant for his kind words and poetry readings, also Mr Robert Howells & Son Funeral Directors, Newport Rd, Caldicot, for efficiently organising the funeral.
